Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SevenLLM, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using SevenLLM on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

SevenLLM is a workspace and API that routes your requests to third-party AI models and helps you compare outputs, build workflows, and manage files. Availability of specific models may change as providers update their offerings.

3. Accounts

Sign-in is passwordless (a provider login or an email magic link). You are responsible for keeping access to your email and accounts secure and for activity within your workspace.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not upload content you lack the rights to process.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or circumvent the service or its limits.
• Respect the usage policies of the underlying AI providers.

5. AI outputs

AI outputs are generated by third-party models and are provided on an "as is" basis. They can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, and outputs may be subject to the terms of the provider that generated them.

6. Plans and billing

We offer Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Paid plans are billed through Razorpay in Indian Rupees, with taxes such as GST applied where required. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current period. Refunds are handled per [PLACEHOLDER: refund policy].

7. Intellectual property

We own the SevenLLM platform, software, and branding. You retain ownership of the content you upload and the results you generate. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service to you.

8. Third-party trademarks

GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral, and their names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. SevenLLM is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them. We reference these names only to identify the services we route to.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Uptime figures are targets and are guaranteed only where an Enterprise service-level agreement expressly applies.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SevenLLM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to [PLACEHOLDER: liability cap, for example the amounts you paid in the prior 12 months].

11. Termination
